Is Apple & Radish still open during the COVID-19 pandemic?

YES! The physical shop is closed but we are still open for business by online order. 

You can order online as normal and we will post your order to you as long as Australia Post is operating and we are not in lockdown. 

Online Shopping For Locals

Click and Collect Service

For locals who usually shop instore, you can use code COLLECT at the checkout (there will be a box where it asks for a discount code) for free local pickup. This will waive the delivery fee and you can collect your parcel from the store within 24 hours. 

When and Where Do I pickup my Goodies?

If you have ordered using the code COLLECT, you will receive a message to say your goods have been fulfilled and are on their way to you.  This is a generic message but in your case it means they are ready to be picked up from the store. This may take up to 24 hours after placing your order. 

You will also receive a personalised email or text from me (Katrina) explaining where to find your package. It will be in a secure spot on the front porch of the Apple & Radish shop. 

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

Your goodies will be carefully and lovingly wrapped and delivered to the post office within three business days of your order.

Sometimes, but not often, we run out of something or we are waiting on a delivery of ingredients to make a fresh batch and there might be a slightly longer delay. In that case, you will be notified as soon as possible to discuss your options...eg are you happy to wait a few more days or prefer to choose a substitute product?

 

SHIPPING

We post our products all over Australia and overseas.

The cost of shipping or postage is calculated at the checkout and is quoted at current Australia Post prices.

At checkout you will see a range of shipping options. You can select parcel post or express shipping - whichever you prefer.

All parcels come with a tracking number from Australia Post.

*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some parcels may be delayed in postage.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Under normal circumstances, we can post internationally. In the current situation we are not sure if shipping channels are open for international postage. 

Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

It’s your responsibility to know the specific import restrictions for your country. Things like Beeswax Wraps may be problematic in some countries. If your package is refused or destroyed, Apple & Radish won’t be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge. You are also responsible for any customs/tax duties or limitations associated with your country.

Does Katrina Make Everything?

Katrina makes all the soaps, shampoo bars, face creams and body products herself. Drawing from her extensive knowledge of natural products from a previous career as a naturopath, science degree, love of nature and her unstoppable creativity, Katrina makes all of these by hand in small batches from the highest quality natural products.

She is constantly thinking up new ideas for products and listening closely to her lovely customers for what they need and want most. 

Due to the ever growing demand, she now has a helper to assist with sewing aprons, shower caps and zero-waste items. Everything is designed personally by Katrina and made by hand locally.

How Do The Rewards Work?

Every purchase with Apple & Radish online earns you points which you can redeem for gifts and treats!

You can also use your points to have trees planted on your behalf. Actual live trees on our acreage property here on Tamborine Mountain. We are regenerating our land to native rainforest to provide sanctuary for wildlife, plants and insects and you can be part of it!

There are other ways to earn points too....sharing on social media, creating an account, referring friends and more...

The more points you earn, the more rewards and TREES we can provide!

To See How Many Points You Have:

Click the Check Rewards tab at the bottom left to check your points and redeem rewards (or to start earning rewards). You may also receive an email from time to time with your point status. 

To Redeem a Reward:

1. To redeem a reward you must first get your unique reward code.

2. You then use that code at checkout.

If the reward is for a free product, add the product to your cart first before checking out.

You get your reward code by clicking Redeem on the reward you choose (as long as you have enough points for that reward).

A unique reward coupon code is generated and displayed, ready for you to use at checkout.

You can use your discount code now, or save it for later. You can view your unused codes at any time in the Rewards widget.

Once you use the code, it will be removed from your account.

Can I claim more than one code or reward at a time?

Unfortunately, no. Only one reward, discount or code can be claimed at any one time whether that's a reward code or a storewide discount. 

If the reward is for a free product, add the product to your cart first before checking out.

When you are ready to checkout, click through to your shopping cart. (You can also check your rewards here by clicking on the rewards widget and then go back and add products if needed).

Once at the checkout page, simply enter your unique coupon code into the Discount Field and click Apply. The discount will be applied to your gift or treat.

Your job now is to enjoy everything to the max!
